Contact us as soon as possible via our contact form on the contact us page or by email. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed.
You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
Most of our products ship with our free standard shipping and typical USPS shipping times are 2 to 7 days, depending on your shipping address. For promotional sale products and/or promotional shipping items, please allow 7 to 21 days. We are currently switching from USPS to DHL to make shipping faster for you, because we know no one likes to wait. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on their system. Usually there will be no tracking updates over the weekend on Saturdays and Sundays as well as on national holidays. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason. For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 60 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is not available for this. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once our distribution center has received your returned items, we'll email you to tell you your refund has been issued. It would then be able to take 5-10 working days for the assets to show up in your record. On the off chance that you've returned more than one request in a similar bundle, please permit up to 24 hours for all returned products to be processed by our returns center. The time it takes for your bundle to reach us shifts depending on where you are returning it from.
Please contact us prior to returning items and obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Include this number on the shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
